Publication &
Marketing Permissions

Draft — requires legal review before publication. This draft describes the permission model as implemented in the native Publishing flow on the review date. The app’s SDI_PUBLISHING_CONSENT_VERSION and SDI_PUBLISHING_TERMS_URL must point at the approved version before any submission is accepted; today they are unset and uploading is unavailable.

1. Three separate permissions

When you submit a video you choose each destination on its own. None is pre-selected, none implies another, and each can be withdrawn independently.

PermissionWhat it allowsWhat it does not allow
StickDeath Infinity home feedShowing the approved render inside the app’s home feed after moderation and owner approvalPosting outside the app
Official SDI YouTube channelUploading the approved channel rendition to the official channel after moderation and owner approvalAny social marketing reuse; any edit beyond the disclosed watermark
SDI social marketing reuseReusing the approved render, or excerpts of it, in StickDeath Infinity’s own social marketingPaid advertising, licensing to third parties, or use of unselected files

2. What submitting does, and does not do

3. Rights you confirm

Before submitting you confirm that you have the necessary rights and contributor permissions for everything in the video, including imported images, audio, likenesses and collaborators’ contributions, and that you agree to the current terms for the selected destinations. Bundled library assets are provided under the licenses in Attribution.

4. Moderation and the owner’s exact-render approval

5. Watermark on the channel copy

6. Withdrawing a permission, cancelling, revoking

7. Audience classification

You classify each submission as “Made for kids” or “Not made for kids”. The classification travels with the submission and is applied to the channel upload where the destination requires it.

8. Versioning

The app records the terms version shown at submission (“Terms version”). When this document changes materially, a new version id is published, the app configuration is updated, and existing permissions are not widened without a fresh consent.

9. Contact and complaints

A verified route for rights complaints, takedown requests and permission questions is owner-gated and will be published here before this document takes effect.
