Terms of Service
1. What these terms cover
StickDeath Infinity is a frame-by-frame animation studio. The native app runs on your device; this website explains the product and offers browser-local help. Separate documents cover privacy, publication and marketing permissions and third-party attribution. Where this draft says a route is “owner-gated”, the route is not yet connected and these terms do not pretend otherwise.
2. Accounts and identity
- You can use Studio on your device without an account. Signing in is required only for connected features such as submitting a video for review.
- Sign-in uses the identity providers configured for the service. Administrative roles are authorized on the server; no role is granted by a client setting.
- Keep your device and sign-in credentials secure. Rooms invitations are revocable, expiring codes for explicitly shared Studio projects; a code never carries your account session and never exposes a private project on its own. Both creators must agree before a project is shared.
- Minimum age and parental-consent rules are an open legal item for this draft. The publishing flow already asks whether a video is made for kids; age eligibility for accounts will be stated here after review.
3. Your content
- Editable projects and originals stay on your device. Saving, opening or exporting a project never uploads it and never authorizes publication.
- You keep the rights you hold in your animations. You grant StickDeath Infinity only the specific permissions you select in the Publishing flow, each of which you can withdraw as described in the publishing permissions draft.
- You are responsible for having the rights and contributor permissions for the artwork, audio and likenesses in anything you submit. Bundled library assets are provided under the licenses listed in Attribution.
4. Acceptable use and moderation
- Submitted videos are moderated before any feed, channel or social release. The War Room is a contest between submitted videos decided by authenticated viewer votes; fabricated votes, scores or viewers are prohibited and are not displayed.
- Do not submit content you lack rights to, content that targets private individuals, or content that violates the law or the destination platform’s rules.
- An appeals route for moderation decisions is owner-gated and will be named here once it exists.
5. Subscriptions and billing
- No plan is sold through this website, and no plan is currently configured in the app. The app displays “Plan unavailable” until a verified billing configuration exists.
- When plans are offered, prices, billing periods and entitlements will be shown at the point of purchase in the native store flow or the connected customer portal, and this document will be updated to the same version. This draft intentionally lists no price.
- Cancellation, refunds and invoices will follow the store or portal that processed the purchase. No test charges are ever made against real customers.
- A subscription does not grant commercial rights to third-party assets you import, and does not promise unlimited assistant usage or cloud storage.
6. The Spatter assistant
Spatter is a Studio assistant that gives guidance and performs reversible local edits you explicitly apply. Its answers describe current source behavior for a stated guide revision; they are not support tickets, legal advice or guarantees that an installed build matches. Local memory preferences are off by default and stay on your device.
7. Availability, changes and termination
- The iOS app is prerelease and the Android app is an unreleased foundation. Features may change, and connected services may be unavailable; the app shows truthful unavailable states rather than simulated success.
- We may update these terms. Each published version has an identifier and effective date, and the version you accepted is recorded with the action that required it.
- You may stop using the service at any time. Account deletion, including its cooling-off period, is described in the privacy notice.
8. Warranties, liability and governing law
Placeholders for counsel: disclaimer of warranties for prerelease software, limitation of liability, indemnity, governing law and venue, and consumer-protection carve-outs by region. This draft makes no promise of zero legal risk and must not be published with this section incomplete.
9. Contact
A verified contact route for legal notices, rights complaints and account requests is owner-gated. Until it is published here, this website offers only the local problem-summary tool, which does not transmit anything.
